Additional Support

I know that the cost of the legal support you need can be confusing, that’s why I offer as many flat rate and subscription options as I can to help you budget and prepare. Work requiring hourly billing is charged to the tenth of an hour (every six minutes), and I can, and regularly do, set up payment plans. It’s easy and suits me just fine.

Services

  • Starting at $649 - Will for an individual. (cost varies with complexity)

Starting at $449 - A trust created FROM the will. Estate assets not distributed by the will are “poured over” into this trust and managed by a trustee. (cost varies with complexity)

Starting at $949 - Revocable living trust. This trust holds your assets for the use and enjoyment of the beneficiaries (usually you). The trust directs how assets are distributed upon death and can be a smooth way to avoid probate or just keep a lot of information from becoming public (as a will MUST become). (cost varies with complexity)

  • Starting at $299 - To be drawn up with support from your health care provider. Your AD may include “do not resuscitate” or other expressions of your desires. (cost varies with complexity)

  • $249 - A durable power of attorney gives others the ability to make decisions for you when you cannot. I recommend having one for health decisions and one for financial decisions (assigned to different people).

  • $499 - A firearms trust is most often used to hold National Firearms Act controlled items (short barreled rifles, suppressors, etc.). It’s best to have one of these BEFORE buying such items. NOTE: If you are handling a decedent’s estate the BATFE does “…allow the executor a reasonable time to arrange for the transfer of the registered firearms in a decedent’s estate.“

  • Starting at $499 - This isn’t just a terse note from an attorney, this is a researched and crafted document that supports your side and makes your legal case while outlining your demand for relief. (cost varies with complexity)
